How hard is it to set up?
If you can plug in a lamp, you can set this up. Everything arrives ready to go: plug the adapter into your router, plug your phone into the adapter, and you have a dial tone. There is nothing to configure, and if you get stuck, our support team is available 24/7.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. We port your existing number at no charge, and your service switches over with no downtime.
What do I need for it to work?
A home internet connection. The adapter plugs into your router, and your phone plugs into the adapter. If your internet or power goes out, the phone service, including 911, will not work until it's back.
